The representative Phil was so friendly and accommodating, and made me the best cappuccino I have had in a long time , the only problem I had was parking you have allowed a construction company to put a skip and block 2 parking spaces, if you can’t park there when driving you can’t shop. Phil helped to resolve this issue. My teenage son was also very impressed at Phil’s service. Excellent

Hanan and Jordan both went beyond the norm in customer service in both sales we had at their store. We met Jordan for our sofa-bed purchase and then Hanan on our purchase of a mattress and bed-frame. Both were very customer focused, friendly and competent.
