I showed the man what I wanted and he showed me the mattress so I could test it. The frame wasn’t in store so he showed me it on his computer and also offered us a drink

Jordon offered exemplary service from start to finish. He attended to our needs, offered drinks and showed us all the products Dreams had to offer as well as the machine that told us which mattress would be best for us. I can’t praise him enough for his customer service.

I probably spent over an hour at the store and Hanan the assistant was available all the time although she also gave me time on my own to come to a decision. She was friendly, knowledgable, patient, very personable and entirely appropriate. She gave me all the information I needed and carefully checked all the order information on the computer with me. Hanan is an exemplary sales person...

The employee who helped us was friendly, efficient, very well informed and put up with my bad jokes. (I specifically asked for a pillow that was 'sad and saggy as if it had been used for 10 years already', because I couldn't think how to describe 'not like a new overly bouncy one'... and he actually found something exactly as I want to sleep on, without it actually being sad or saggy! And with a smile. :) )

When arrived I got a parking space, I went into the store and was Seen immediately By a salesman, Jordan. Hi offered me a hot drink, And then he's other colleague a female And then he's other colleague a female lady also offered me a hot drink, He's colleague, The reception was 1st class, Warm and friendly staff. And I got the product that I wanted. Absolutely satisfied with the service I received from dreams.
