Assistant listened and advised accordingly. Mattresses were matched to our specific needs. No pressure to buy and all questions answered. Knowledgeable snd approachable. All COVID-related protection in place. High emphasis on customer satisfaction.

We were greeted in a friendly cheerful manner when we entered the store. The young lady seemed very knowledgeable about how we should consider the type of mattress we needed for our bed base, advising us to use the technology in store to ascertain the mattress needed. This we did and she then took us to the various beds to try out what was advised for us. We found shopping at this store very relaxing, enjoyable and we came away having had coffee whilst the order was being placed and very satisfied with the overall experience. Our thanks to Jenny for making us feel like valued customers.
