We received such a warm welcome from Kieran and the team in Chippenham on Saturday! Kieran was fantastic! He allowed us to take our time in choosing the perfect mattress for us, explained every policy to us clearly ensuring we understand every part as well as giving us amazing recommendations throughout our shopping experience. he is an amazing asset to your store in Chippenham! Such a superstar.

Jenny the sales person who handled us was everything a sales person should be, friendly, knowledgeable and always prepared to go the extra mile for us the customers.

Overall a good experience and Charles in the Trowbridge store was very helpful and welcoming aswell as knowledgeable about the products he was extremely helpful

Sleep match was brilliant. It narrowed down the number of suitable mattresses and although my budget was tight I was still able to afford one of the mattresses I was matched with. Charles the assistant was really knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel really confident that I was choosing what was right for me, without any hard sell. The whole Chippenham team were really friendly and I shall be returning next month to buy a memory foam pillow.

There was no pressure sell and no focus on any particular product. The focus was on what we wanted and what we found comfortable. In the end we did a dreams match and it was on the list of recommendations

We were easily able to view the products we wanted to see in the store. Only a short walk round was required. A member of staff, Rhianna, was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to purchase everything we wanted.
