We were helped by Charles In the Chippenham branch. He was very knowledgeable and helped to answer all are queries and me and my partner were very satisfied with our purchases.

Kieran (salesman) was very welcoming and immediately put us at ease. He quickly established our needs and showed us several products to suit them. We didn’t feel rushed into making a decision and he explained the products clearly and concisely. We felt welcome and valued (a much better experience than in a Bensons for Beds store previously visited).

I have a chronic illness and it took 3 visits for me to feel sure the matress I chose was suitable for my needs. Charles was always very patient polite and helpful. This enabled me to make a clear decision and feel excited about my purchase.
