Staff were very helpful and friendly

Being disabled makes shopping difficult but the staff were so helpful and got me a seat so that I could sit down. I told them what I wanted and was shown directly to the product for me to select the colour and product. The assistant knew I needed the item urgently and took the time to go through the computer and came up with a suitable date for it to be delivered. I have always used Dreams for my beds and will continued to do so.

The Sales man that helped us choose my parent's bed was very confident and knowledgeable about the bed frames and mattresses in stock, we didn't feel rushed at all into making a decision, in fact he printed off all the details for my parents to look through at their leisure and we then went back the next day and ordered.

Charles and Jenny are absolutely amazing Jenny ensured it was the bed we were looking for and was fantastic with the kids and entertained them while we were trying out mattresses Charles was extremely knowledgeable and really took the time to make sure we got the mattress for us. 10/10 These guys really are an assets to dreams

Kieran greeted us as we entered the store and was very attentive and understanding of our needs. Kieran spent time to understand our expectations and offered four alternatives and explains the benefits / diss-benifits of each which enabled us to make a informed decision.

Rihanna was very friendly but still professional. We were give all the information we needed and more. We were helped to choose the right bed for our needs and budget We have used Dreams before and got great service on that occasion from the other sales person. Sorry forgot his name.

Charles went out of his way to ensure all our needs were met

Visited the Chippenham store late on a Sunday afternoon. Charles quickly introduced himself and was very friendly and knowledgeable of the products and service offered by Dreams. Really impressed with the amount of time he took showing us a variety of different choices across all price bands and was really focused on providing us with the best bed for us rather than the most expensive which was really refreshing. Excellent service, attention to detail and really felt like we got the best deal and option for us, regardless of cost. Hoping delivery service is as comprehensive and customer focused. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend or to return to the Chippenham Store and Charles.
