The assistant Kieran talked me through all the options available in respect of mattresses, bed bases and headboards. Made sure my choice of mattress was the most comfortable for me by trying several options. He was very considerate to me as an older lady and did not attempt to rush my decision. A valuable asset to the store.

From me entering your business, Charles made me very welcome from start to finish, not pushy in any way, gave me time to try out the 7 different mattresses, in all it took 2 hours to chose the correct mattress, which he left me to get on with it once he had shown me round the several mattresses. Had he been any different, I would have left without making a purchase. As it is I spent over £1200.00 and came away feeling that I had made the correct decision. Well done Charles, and Dreams for having an extremely knowledgable and polite employee.

He understood our requirements and efficiently directed us to the most suitable products, giving us just the right amount of choice for us to do a good comparison but without overwhelming us. He gave us good information to help our decision. He was prompt and courteous. He gave good advice on additional products, explained the order process well and completed our order efficiently.
