Charles was very helpful explained everything and took time with us and we were not rushed. He had good knowledge and we came away very satisfied

We had a few options in mind for bed frames and mattresses when we came into the store. James the salesman made it fun and easy to find the correct choice for us.

We bought a new mattress from the Chippenham store and was seen to by Rihanna, Rihanna was extremely helpful and patient with my fussy needs, Rihanna even sold my partner on 2 of the tempur cooling pillows after trying them while finding a suitable mattress, (that was surprising as my partner is usually a “hard sell”) We experienced the science bed machine thing that had Stacey from Gavin and Stacey analysing our sleeping style, me and my partner never knew it was so technical! Seriously though give Rihanna a bonus or something she is an asset to your business, we were expecting to pay around £500 when we went in and spent £1300 (not even bothered)

The gentleman who helped me on my first visit which was 15 minutes before closing time was friendly, helpful and di not rush me and clearly passed on my information to his colleagues because when I visited the following day I di not have to go through it all again

Charlie was excellent in the process of purchasing a sofa bed. Very informative, helpful and friendly.

Brilliant service. Great assistant with excellent knowledge. Very kind and supportive of my elderly mother . Good sense of humour .

Charles the rep in Chippenham was extremely helpful and sympathetic to my medical needs when choosing the right mattress. From the use of the computerised bed and trying the different choices it came up with. I felt like Goldilocks trying to my ‘just right’ bed

The colleague was very helpful even though he was covering from a different store and unfamiliar with the store layout he was quick to find what we were looking for and did his best to overcome the store shortfall of not having a lift meaning the bedframes we wanted were not accessible to view which was disappointing. He was very helpful and delivery was quick which was a big factor.

The dreams staff member was excellent, friendly and knowledgeable, he was on hand if we needed help but did not pressure us.

As soon as I entered I was greeted and helped as to what I was looking for. I was shown a range of mattreses at various prices high low and mid range. The knowledge and friendliness I got from Kieron was exceptional. How he interacted with my children just the whole experience was easy and enjoyable
