The staff were very friendly and helpful and explained the COVID procedure as soon as I walked in and then I was seen straight away by Ashley who was extremely helpful in every way

Ashley was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I am 9 months pregnant and Ashley kindly let my husband and I in from queuing outside to sit somewhere comfortable inside until an agent was available. I felt very safe in the covid secure environment that the store are maintaining extremely well. Ashley served us from start to finish and matched us with a matress that suits our needs. He also was very mindful of my pregnancy throughout ensuring that I was comfortable. We had our matress delivered today and the delivery drivers also had a note that I was pregnant so it was great communication throughout from end to end. I would definitely recommend this store to friends and family.
