Our sales person Mr Mak was very plite,helpful, efficient, informative and guided us to choose the right product gor our need ,and plasant.

Debbie, who assisted us in store, was extremely helpful & knowledgeable which made it easy for us to decide on our final product choice. She gave us options for various products which was useful. We were only going in to the store to have a look at options & ended up making our purchase there & then.

We were able to return to this store with a vague 'we'd like the same mattress we had before', the team were able to source the exact type we wanted. We were then shown a variety of frames. Abdul answered our many questions, he was very knowledgable. A very slick, easy visit and we came away with everything we needed.

Was my first time buying a mattress in a dreams store, it was a very pleasurable experience.
