Highly satisfied with previous bought beds, assistance and service…. I always shop for beds with dreams!

When we entered the store Wayne greeted us and explained the Covid policies in the store. He explained everything about the process of purchasing a bed in the store and was very helpful throughout our visit.

Wayne was very knowledgeable and after listening carefully our likes and dislikes he suggested a suitable range of products for us.

The customer service was brilliant, Deborah was very kind and helpful. She really was dedicated to understanding what works best for me.

We were served by Debbie who was very well informed about the products & she took the time to listen to our needs before showing us a selection of beds. My partner is deaf & uses British Sign Language. Debbie took time to allow me to interpret and actively engaged with my partner throughout our visit (something that doesn’t happen in many retail outlets!). During our visit, a previous customer had brought a bouquet of flowers to say Thankyou to Debbie for the assistance she had given them & we fully understood why they had done this as Debbie had struck the perfect balance of friendliness, professionalism & product knowledge.

ABDUL in the Chingford branch was very attentive. Abdul offered all PPE, water etc.... showed us the products we were interested in, demonstrated them. We decided on our purchases abdul checked them out and we were satisfied with his highly professional overall service.

I would like to thank Ashley who helped us purchase a bed and mattress. He was polite, friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. From the moment we entered the store Ashley was there to greet us and offer us a drink. The health measures that have been implemented due to Covid were excellent. Social distancing was adhered too at all times, staff had masks and customers were offered hand sanitizer on entering. I felt very safe in the shop. My husband and I were given a 5 star service with excellent customer service. Will definitely recommend this particular store as the staff are so helpful and friendly.
