me and my husband got served by Debbie who was really nice and welcoming said hello then offered us a bottle of water in case we got thirsty then she took us to where the bed analyst was and asked us do we suffer from any aches or pains so we told her she put it all on the system amd explained how it works then when the print out came out she asked us our price range which we said she took us round to different mattress to try with the pillows that she explained would be better for us as well we was highly satisfied with Debbie's customer service and how she explained everything to us would recommend any of friends and family to go and speak to Debbie as she was very helpful and patient with us.

The Lady that ran the store was very pleasant and attentive on arrival, also the sales rep( Jahanger ) was a great listener and helpful

From entering the store to payment of item ordered, everything went smoothly.

They offered us water, he did the mattress tester with us. He showed us what we wanted but also other options of how things were and styles ect.

Jahangir (one of the member of staff) was very provisional and helpful.

From start to finish, our experience with Dreams and in particular Jahanger was fantastic. His calming nature and product knowledge was really what we needed as this was all very alien to us. We received a 5 star service from Jahanger and Dreams Chingford and we will be highly recommending all our friends and family to do the same.

The bed/ sleep simulator Wendy put us on was very helpful in identifying the most suitable options for us. We were very pleased with the assistance she provided throughout the entire time. We believe that we got the best mattress to fulfill both our needs and we re very excited to try the new bed.
