The staff were friendly from the minute we walked into the store, asked what I was looking for, explained that I could have a go on the sleep monitor to decide what type of mattress I would need to look at, once done showed me all the mattresses in my price range and then went through all the extra things that I could get - IE mattress protector, pillows, duvet, extended warranty on the new mattress, they were very informative and explained everything in simple terms that were easy to understand, would definitely recommend to family and friends

We were met in a friendly way on arrival and offered assistance. The bed selecting technology was a total game changer. It was explained well, was easy to use, felt very relevant and was excellent at selecting a range of products that suited our needs, instead of us having to try and wade through reams of choice with no real clue of what we did or didn't want. Our customer representative Jahangar was also excellent. He was patient, thoughtful, listened well to our questions and was very knowledgeable.

The salesperson was very friendly and helpful. She offered to help us when looking at the bed frames and recommended what she felt best would suit our needs based on what we told her. She was not at all pushy and explained everything and made sure we understood.

Greeted by Abdul who abided by Covid regulations by wearing a mask and offering sanitisers. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable, also offered us water while processing the order. Was an overall easy and pleasant process of getting our bed frame.

Received very good assistance in helping to choose the bed we ordered.

The bed finding machine was brilliant it printed out a couple mattresses which we eventually found the one we wanted and the assistant who was Gary was brilliant with helping us he was a top fella
