Dreams - Chester

Staff were very helpful and very patient. I have autism so shopping can sometimes be a hard task for me, they took so much time to make sure I was 100% happy and made me feel so welcome and at ease. I was in the store for about 2 hours and never once did they get Impatient or annoyed, if anything they realised my struggles and helped more. I was very very happy with the staff. Pete from the Chester greyhound store was very nice and helped me, I sadly can’t remember the girls name but she was lovely .

The quality of service and the friendliness of Steph was very professional. She was very knowledgeable of the beds and also was very good at managing out expectations with the safety measures in place due to Covid- thank you Steph!

Steph the assistant made the sale for you! The time and effort she put in was great.

My Wife and Myself are both disabled and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and it was nice to be treated the way that were.
