Good price , liked the sleep match experience

I was highly satisfied due to the first class customer service we received for the purchase of our first mattress. We were treated like royalty and offered a hot drink and some water upon arrival into the showroom. We were shown options within our price range and explained the pros and cons of all of them. Our sales person pulled out all of the stops and would strongly recommend to all of my friends and family.

Jane was very friendly and professional, and went out of her way to help us.

Peter, the sales person was extremely knowledgable and understanding with our needs and affordability. We were made a cup of coffee whilst we lay on the test bed and were given many beds and pillows to sample. Peter was good fun and our customer experience was very enjoyable.

On arrival at your Chester store just looking round I was approached by one of your salesman called Peter who was very friendly and helpful he offered myself a drink which I accepted and carried on looking

Everything went well from entering the store the gentleman who served us was very helpful though out our visit

The team at Dreams Chester were fantastic. Emma served me and was super friendly polite and highly knowledgeable. Her colleagues were friendly too. I was offered a hot drink whilst I paid for my bedding.

from the moment we walked in we were looked after by a fabulous lady called Emma. she guided us through all the different types of mattresses and helped us choose the right one. would highly recommend.

We weren't pressurised, but were given sufficient time to make a decision, staff were available when we needed to ask questions
