The chap who assisted us had a very good understanding of the products and actually suggested an alternative to the item we were looking to buy which we initially hadn’t considered. We ended up taking his advice and were pleased with the professional and easy going service.

We were met by a lovely team of people who obviously enjoy working together, we were provided with a great tailored service and provided with additional PPE for trying out the beds. The staff were amazingly helpful and not pushing for a sale. We were given time and space to find the mattress for us as well as being able to ask them for advice and which mattresses would best suit us
