Peter was very knowledgeable about the products and listened to my requirements and helped me match to them. There was no hard sell yet I ordered a bed frame and mattress - I wasn’t planning to do that! I felt very secure in my choice.

I am 89 years old, the Dreams assistant, Peter, was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and not pushy, despite the fact due to arthritis I am slower at moving around than I used to be. After choosing my mattress the sale was completed smoothly and quickly. The mattress was delivered today, the delivery men were on time, friendly, polite and complied with COVID regulations.
