After having bought an Emma mattress which we were unable to return and gave us back ache we attended Dreams in search of a replacement. Carl was exceptional and patiently addressed all queries whilst demonstrating a very high level of product knowledge. Nothing was too much trouble and we came away with a great mattress at a great price.

The sales person was knowledgable and was not pushy , he advised on what was available and best value.

The retail assistant was very knowledgable about the products and listened to our needs and requirements quickly matching us with sensible alternatives and advising us about the pros and cons of the different products. She was friendly and very efficient making the whole experience very enjoyable. I came away feeling very satisfied with my purchase and the way I was treated in the shop. Excellent.
