Ally was very pleasant, respectful, considerate. She came across as very knowledgeable and used her own experience to support information shared. Ally worked hard to get the best deal without being pushy. When it came to finalising the deal Ally sought the support of the senior authority. She was overall, very professional. Her colleague was also very pleasant. We agreed a competitive price with the team that deserved the deal the most. Covid19 requirements were very well applied and met.

Very good staff in the shop at Chester, information and order handled very well, and very friendly.

I made a phonecall first and spoke to Ally and she helped us over the phone with mattresses we then proceeded to the store to view the mattress choice beofr purchasing

Alanna helped us find our bed, she had come from another store to help but this didn’t show at all she knew exactly what she was doing and was so helpful she was friendly and confident.

The Sales Assistant was very knowledgeable, friendly but (unlike other stores) not pushy or trying to sell us add ons we didn't need. The Products seem great and I can't wait for the bed to be delivered.
