As soon as I entered the young girl approach and asked us what were we looking for today, and after we respond saying mattress only, she took us to a machine to test what our requirements were and then shown us round the store. She wasn't pushy, and never asked our budget, which was nice. She understood each product and helped us choose.

The service was great, product knowledge and explaining the benefits of each mattress. Friendly and would definitely go back .

Customer service was excellent. The young lady (Stephanie) that served us was very politely, product knowledgeable, she listened and advised as to what we needed and the options and products available, not the most expensive, but what would be most suitable, she was really good.

Found what we wanted, help available, delivery dates not too bad.

I was greeted by a very friendly lady who asked could she help and we discussed what I wanted. I did the sleep match and then was taken to try the beds recommended. I found this very helpful and the lady was great. I placed my order and paid my deposit and left store a very satisfied customer.

I was highly impressed with the product knowledge from the sales person and hugely impressed with not being sold to. We were given information on different options for us and from there we made our mind up on the bed frame and mattress. Excellent service. Possibly the best I have ever had.
