Emma had very good knowledge of the beds and mattresses

We have purchased from the Chester store on a number of occasions. The staff are friendly and helpful and do not pressure you like some other stores. There is a good choice of mattresses.

Had not measured the space the bed would fill. Assistant wrote all the sizes down and assured us we could measure up when we went home. She said if bed would fit we could phone her later and buy the bed with our credit card. This we did and assistant gave us a choice of days for delivery. So we look forward to our new bed next week.

Carl are assistant was very helpful understanding our needs as we suffer from back issues, he showed us arrange of matresses and explained how each matress was made and benefits from each one. Over all very pleasent and helpful advisor, and stayed later than his shift to close the deal

All staff in the showroom were extremely friendly and helpful, I was served by a lady called Emma who was lovely so helpful and listened to my needs and I was so happy with my purchase my whole experience at the Chester store was great I was extremely satisfied and would recommend family and friends to visit this store
