The sales man Graeme went out of his way to assist us with our purchase, without the pushy sales patter we had just experienced in another store nearby( so we left without making a purchase and came to your store)

Jane, our assistant was wonderful. She gave us time on our own to try the beds, answered all our questions and provided us with chilled bottles of water which was very much appreciated.

Stephanie was a fantastic customer assistant in the Chester store. She took care to understand my needs and calmly but competently showed me around, without making it feel uncomfortably forceful or rushed. She appreciated the specific concerns I had due to having medical issues, and as it was my first time making a proper bed purchase of my own. I couldn't fault her.
