No sense of assistants waiting to pounce and exert pressure to buy and yet support was readily available. Jenna who provided extremely friendly service was knowledgeable not just about the different beds but the best fit regarding head boards shades to the colours already on my bedroom walls I was offered a coffee and the whole process was speedy and efficient.

Emma was amazing she new all about the products she directed me in the right direction for the mattress and my health needs, she even ran in to over time as we left the store at 620pm Excellent

On entering the store Michelle was friendly, smiley and welcoming. After my initial query, I was given information that allowed my child to decide what he were looking for. She was patient and understanding with my teenage son which helped him make the right decision.

We identified the bed frame we wanted but it was not in stock in the size required. The assistant explained that there was another bed frame almost identical. The ordering of this bed took very little time. The assistant was very informative, polite and suggested we paid an extra £69 to aid the sprung slats. Had she not mentioned this benefit, we would have probably gone for the basic slats. The delivery date was also good too, especially as it was free. All in all, it was a good purchase and the assistant was not at all pushy like some department stores.
