The sales assistant was very informative and friendly and also understood my requirements well. I also didn't feel under pressure to by specific items.

Graham and Michelle were both great at helping us select a new mattress and processing the order respectively. Very attentive and even offered a brew which was a nice touch!

Friendly yet professional service shown all different options - size colour. Was able to try out different matteresses for comfort and was told all the different types.Was given a coffee while looking around. Ease at ordering and very helpful with us not knowing what delivery date we need due to not yet having a completion date on our new home.

On arrival to the store we were greeted by a lady sorry she did introduce herself to us and asked if we knew what we were looking for we told her and was directed to the products she left us to browse which was appreciated there was no hard sell hat so ever she was very polite and even made a coffee that was great we asked to see other ranges and were directed again no hard sell we found own at we required and quite happily made the purchase thank you
