Was greeted by a friendly member of staff named Peter as soon as we walked into the shop. Peter really got to know us and our needs, from helping to get us the right matress to finding the perfect pillows for us. Peter was really patient and very knowledgable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They didn't approach us as soon as we walked through the door. They gave us time to browse before offering assistance. The assistant who came to us was very knowledgeable and after telling her what we were looking for she took us to the most appropriate products. Gave us some pillows to try out the comfiness of the beds and left, to give us time and space to decide for ourselves. We were offered tea or coffee while we were making our minds up. Overall it was a pleasant experience with no pressure to buy and the buying process was quick and efficient too.
