Excellent customer service from Peter, he looked after us whilst we were on the bed which analysed our sleep positions, gave us pillows to try and offered us drinks.

As we walked into the bright airy store we were greeted by 4 smiling staff. Ali was amazing, her knowledge cannot be faulted. She spoke with confidence and passion, she was extremely articulate and certainly knows her stuff. She guided us though the process of selecting a new mattress and base perfectly. We have 100% confidence that our purchase will be as good as the buying experience. Thank you, it's not often you get customer service as good as she gave, and we made a point of telling her that. Just a shame we will have to wait another 8 years to replace our bed or we'd be back sooner! Thank you

Emma was excellent. Knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. She spent a considerable amount of time explaining the different attributes of several mattresses . She could not have done anything more.

The gentleman that helped me with the purchase remembered me from a previous visit. He was knowledgeable about the mattresses and bases. He was polite and cheerful.

Excellent service. As soon as we walked into the store a colleague spoke to us and asked us what we needed. As soon as they found out what we needed we went straight onto the sleepmatch bed to find the perfect to suit our needs. When we were testing out the sleepmatch we were offered a drink and as soon as we were done on the sleepmatch we went to have a look at the types of beds and then went to have a look at the different mattresses. Found what we both wanted and liked and walked away as two happy customers.

There was such a variety of mattresses to choose from that I did not know where to start. The assistant, Peter, was very helpful and courteous. I was offered a 'sleep analysis' which generated couple of mattresses to try. Peter showed me several more and provided a pillow so I could try out each one. I selected a mattress made largely of natural materials which . I was pleased that this option was available as sustainability is very important to me.
