I was dealt with by Peter - very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to assist on choosing the right mattress I was looking for. Also had to phone back later from home to amend the order - Gemma sorted this out for me with very little fuss!

The representative for Dreams at the store was very helpful and gave good information regarding the product and other options. The ordering and purchasing process was thoroughly explained. The whole process was very well managed.

The assistant was very friendly and helpful,she explained everything we asked her.

We were greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff and the shopping experience was a pleasant one.

Michelle (152) was my in store contact and assistance. She was very welcoming, personable and knowledgeable. She organised coffee and a pillow and found her to be very helpful without being pushy

The manager was very welcoming, we were offered a drink and put at ease. All our questions were answered and Graeme was very helpful when it came to the different types of mattresses. We were given lots of time to try out many ddifferent mattresses.

We felt listened to and understood by Graeme to meet out needs. We felt at ease trying out the mattresses finding the prefect fit for us. We didn’t feel pressurised to make the purchase but felt confident and comfortable to go away have a think and come back to a fabulous and friendly service.

Friendly helpful member of staff. I needed further information regarding the dimensions of the ottoman tv bed she emailed me with it as soon as she found information our frim manufacturer. Kept in touch with revised quotes via email. Very impressed with her. Have worked in retail for many years and was pleased to have a good experience which sadly is not always the case in some shops.
