I was greeted by a friendly member of staff. I was on my own with my 2 children (both boys so its always demanding when shopping). I had an idea what I wanted, my children had different ideas! The store assistant understood my financial needs and my childrens "wants" at the same time! Fabulous service! Even bought my boys pillows which I wouldn't pay for myself! They deserved them though.

The staff were very friendly, not too pushy which is great and very knowledgeable and helpful.

The whole team were extremely helpful, especially Jenna. She answered all our questions and gave us plenty of time to chose the right mattress, even giving us a nice latte each.
