Graeme was most helpful and articulate. He even made coffee and tea for us.

As we walked through the door a lovely lady came over and talked us and asked what sort of bed we where looking for, she explained what each colour on each bed was for, she even ask if we wanted tea or coffee, ive been in some big stores before and thats the first time someone has ask me that. She then gave us a pillow each and told us to try out all the beds. It didnt take that long and we found our bed. Brilliant service and a big thank you to Michelle.

Jenna the salesperson was extremely helpful we were going to look in Dreams and then try John Lewis but after Jenna had explained the different mattress between each mattress we decided to purchase the Insignia Leighfield 3000 k mattress

I was given enough information and time without pressure to make the right decision without feeling uncomfortable.

After explaining our requirements we were shown to a mattress which suited us perfectly , ideal comfort and price. On top of which our Dreams Colleague Peter introduced us to a pair of Tempur pillows which could possibly be the answer to niggle neckaches suffered by myself and my wife over the year's.
