The assistant who dealt with us was very helpful pointing out the merits of each mattress, allowing us plenty of time to try the different mattresses, providing us with tea and engaging with us in a friendly way. We were very pleased with our experience at Dreams.

Emma was very helpful, not pushy but friendly and likeable Given information we needed and was not rushed in making a choice

Quality information and guidance provided with no pressure sales, which we appreciated. Given the opportunity to browse and encouraged to take our time choosing goods. Peter was knowledgeable, approachable and sociable ensuring our needs where met fully.

James was very attentive to our needs, offered alternative beds/mattresses to meet our needs. He was very knowledgeable about the different products within the store and aftersales services which were available.

We were dealt with very quickly by the store manager. He was friendly, helpfull, knowledgeable.

Jenna was lovely, I said I was looking for a Bednobs and Broomsticks bed, she knew exactly what I wanted. Delivery sorted and finance as well which I didn’t know was possible. Offered a drink and just really friendly! My friends both got there beds at Dreams so told me couldn’t get anywhere else. First home and on tight budget so yes very happy, thank you!

The store carried the most complete range of tempur mattresses we had come across. Graeme was thoroughly knowledgeable about these products and gave us plenty of time to try them out to see what fitted us best. We were able to spend the time we needed without feeling pressured. The mattresses sold themselves. It is not often we have been offered a cup of tea and a lie down when we go shopping.
