We were directed to thebest type of beds for my husbands bad back and given various options to look at and plenty of time to try as many as we wished with out be pushed in to buying the lady was very knowledgable and very helpful she even brought me a cup of tea to have in bed - lol

Vinny listened to our needs and directed us to the products we were loooking for, we were in two minds with a bed from another store and he arranged a small discount which didn't match the other bed but helped us to make our decision

WE ARRIVED EARLY AS SOON AS STORE OPENED, AND WERE GREETED STRAIGHT AWAY, AND AS WE NEW WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR WENT STRAIGHT TO LOOK WITH SALES GIRL (STEFF) WHO WAS FROM ANOTHER STORE HELPING OUT, BUT SHE KNEW HERE PRODUCTS AND WHEN WE WENT TO LOOK AT COMPUTER AT OTHER OPTIONS, WE WERE TALKING TO GRAHAM, AND HE ALSO MENTIONED SOME ON CLEARANCE WENT UPSTAIRS LOOKED AT A FEW OPTIONS AND DONE A DEAL AND ALSO ORDERED A LOVELY HEADBOARD AGREED THE DELIVERY DATE PAID JO B DONE VERY EFFICENT

Told them my budget, was told what was on offer, tried a few and picked one. No messing, straight to the point with no bs, did the deal and left. No complaints, top service. The gentleman I dealt with, Graeme, is a credit to your company and very efficient and knowledgeable.

this is the 3rd occasion i have visited this store, and once again i have had my expectations exceeded. every visit has been a pleasure, the staff have also been fantastic, and exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable

She is clearly very good at her job and deserves a mention in any rewards days you may have. I will use your and recommend your store again based on the perfect experience my mother and I had while shopping there. On top of this I would like to say a big thank you the the manager of the store too!
