On. Visiting the store, looking for a bed and bedroom furniture, we were helped by a very helpful lady called Emma green, she was extremely helpful her knowledge and professionalism was the very best!! She gave us plenty of time and options on our choices! Couldn't of been anymore helpful, and would highly recommend this chester store to friends and family.

Excellent customer service and very friendly. Not too pushy.

Peter was very knowledgeable and helped us but did not push us into buying some thing that he thought would suit us. He listened carefully to our requirements and therefore made a recommendation between about three mattresses. He told us about other products that were available bit did not try to push us into buying some thing we did not require. Overall a very good experience.

Manager was very friendly, helpful explaining the different types or mattresses. He also gave us plenty of space once he had talked to allow us to try the beds in our own time.

Assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy and gave us ample time to consider our purchase. Also showrooms not too cramped.

We arrived in the shop and we were not ambushed!!!. Michelle came over to us to ask what we’re looking for?. She explained the different mattresses and said she would leave us to it. We agreed on what we wanted and she took our order and that was it.

Peter was excellent in his help and helped us buy the bed we wanted.

The two store colleagues that dealt with our enquiry were both attentive to our needs and supportive in choosing the product that suited us best. On arriving into store we were able to browse a selection of beds with out feeling pressured by staff and after making eye contact with Graeme did he then come over to support us with out selection which was beneficial to us as we didn't feel any sales pressure into purchasing. After selecting out product we were handed over to Jenna who was attentive to our needs offering add ons that were of use and directing us through the ordering process with ease. We were looked after with drinks which I thought was a great gesture particularly as a heavy night of drinking meant the early start probably wasn't the best time to go buying a new bed however time was of the essence in replacing what we have at home. Overall very satisfied with out experience of purchasing a new bed and mattress at Dreams. Would highly recommend to others here on in.

WE MADE OUR PURCHASE FROM DREAMS AT CHESTER. WE RECEIVED A FRIENDLY WELCOME FROM GRAEME. HE GAVE US A BRIEF EXPLANATION REGARDING THE PRODUCTS. THEN HE MOVED ONTO ASKING OUR PREFERENCES. HE SHOWED VERY MUCH ENTHUSIASM IN EXPLAINING THE DETAILS OF THE PRODUCTS. HE PATIENTLY TOOK US TO EACH AND EVERY PRODUCT WE WERE INTERESTED IN. HE GAVE ENOUGH TIME FOR US TO EXPLORE OUR OPTIONS AND ALSO GAVE US ENOUGH TIME TO MAKE THE FINAL DECISION. IN SHORT THE WHOLE BUSINESS INTERACTION WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. WE WERE ALWAYS IN OUR COMFORT ZONE TO MAKE THE DECISIONS. OUR LITTLE BOY WAS TREATED AS A GENUINE CUSTOMER AND HE WAS GIVEN ENOUGH FREEDOM TO CHOOSE HIS MATTRESS. OVERALL, IT WAS ONE OF THE BEST PURCHASE WE'VE EVER MADE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE CHESTER DREAMS SHOWROOM TO OUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY. IN FACT, WE VISITED THE SHOWROOM TO SEE OUR OPTIONS ONLY. DUE TO THE GREAT TIME WE HAD, WE ENDED UP BUYING ALL OUR BEDROOM FURNITURE FROM DREAMS. FINALLY DURING THE DRIVE BACK HOME, WE ALL FELT THAT WE MADE AN EXCELLENT PURCHASE ON THE BEDROOM FURNITURE.
