Good knowledge and time spent with staff.

From the time I entered the store I was welcomed but not overpowered by staff.. When I required help it was given by a very knowledgable lady who once again, didn’t overpower but gave answers and left me to try beds with an assortment of mattresses and pillows. I am looking forward to my bed being delivered and getting a good nights sleep.

Served by Peter at the Chester store - friendly and top customer service and knowledge of products. Also explanation of the insurance taken out.

Very attentive assistant who spent time with us to explain options and did not push or rush us into a decision. Also kindly made my wife a cup of tea which was a nice touch.

Very patient not pushy and did listened to our requirements. Got the mattress we wanted and at a reasonable price
