Jenna was brilliant as me and my wife needed 2 seperate mattresses at different firmness and the ajustable and massage options have blown us away

The member of staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was quite happy for us to check out a bed in a nearby store. On our return the staff who dealt with us were very welcoming and helpful.

Graeme was the person who looked after me so well when I visited the store outside of Chester.I wanted a new mattress but had little idea of the type of mattress that would be most suitable for me.Graeme was fantastic.He knew everything there was to know about every type of mattress in the store .He encouraged me to try different types of mattress until I found the right one for my needs.He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful And even provided me with a very welcome cup of coffee I would definitely go to Dreams again and recommend them to my friends.Lovely,friendly,helpful staff and no hard sell to purchase .

I had visited the store on a previous visit. different types/sizes of beds and prices were given to me. i agreed on a small double ottoman. not easy choosing the mattress but was shown a variety and tried each before deciding on the most suitable

The product was available to see / feel and appeared to be of good quality. The sales assistant was very knowledgable and friendly and efficiently made our purchase easy, especially as my husband had a hangover from watching the rugby the day before. She offered us drinks and made us feel welcome.
