I was given many options for delivery times and was assured that if the bed was to be in the jan sale at a lower price this would be honoured both of which persuaded me to buy there and then. This is the second of this bed I have purchased from this store I was so satisfied last time

Emma was immediately available , helpful beyond belief and highly polite ans super efficient

Rachael was extremely helpfull and patient with me while explaining the differences in the types of beds and matresses. I was encouraged to try many different types of matresses until I found one I was comfortable using.

Jenna was very friendly,showed us beds that were suitable for our needs and gave relevant information about them. Answered questions in a knowledgable and professional way. Gave us time to look and decide without being pushy or overbearing.

The sales assistant Jenna did everything that we needed to, she offered Us both a coffee when ordering and her colleague made it for us, were are both very excited about our new bed arriving.

Graeme and Michelle were excellent and all the staff interacted wonderfully with my 2 year old whilst I discussed products

The staff were lovely. They also showed me the different types of springs etc when i asked, as this has always been a minefield!!! They made me a cup of tea AFTER id committed to buying a certain mattress. Id also explained i was a lone patent on limited budget but wanted memory foam- they knew straight away what was suitable. And i LOVE my new mattress. Thank you

My wife and I decided to purchase a Tempur mattress. Due to the significant investment; we visited a number of different retailers before making a final decision. We visited Dreams Chester on two separate occasions; on each visit Peter was extremely helpful, provided informative and impartial advice as well as patience! On returning to the branch for the third and final time; the whole team were extremely welcoming and validated our decision to purchase the Tempur mattress from Dreams Chester. It was also imperative that our old mattress was recycled...a service not offered by every retailer. Peter provided a very compelling quote and went 'above and beyond' throughout the whole process. We cannot wait for our new Tempur matterss to arrive next Friday!! We have already started using the Tempur pillows!

We found the sales staff to have good knowledge of your stock and therefore able to advise us and lead us to the products that would best suit our needs. All of the staff we spoke to were friendly but not pushy and seemed very professional. We were very pleased with the delivery time and glad to be buying something manufactured in Britain.
