Dreams - Chester

Jenna helped us with our purchase. She listened to our needs and took a great deal of time discussing our options and gave us time to try the different mattresses. She was knowledgeable about the product we chose. We decided to wait until the Christmas sales and Jenna phoned us when the product was in the sale. She did not push the sale or make us feel pressurised into making a purchase. We were very satisfied with the customer service and the overall experience.

Needing a bed and a mattress, went to the branch in Chester. The place was very warm and friendly. The shop assistant Michelle was extremely friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend the place.

The whole experience was made easy thanks to Jenna, she was great!

The staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and gave us space to talk to ourselves and discuss our options/choices without interference. If there is one thing i dislike is staff coming up to you asking questions " is everything ok ", especially in restaurants etc " that didn't happen. Thankyou.

Peter was so helpful and knowledgeable and not in our faces. We didn't feel forced. He gave us time to chat alone. He gave us a cup of coffee while we tried out products. So helpful!!

Great customer service and price

Friendly, knowledgeable, but not pushy staff. We were offered the support we needed. Offered a drink and given advice, then left alone to make a decision. The same member of staff was available and attentive at all times.

We delt with 2 members of staff in the course of our purchase of a sofa bed Michelle and Peter and found them both to be of a very high standard friendly and knowledgeable a credit to your company we won't shop at any other bed or furniture store

The service we recieved was brilliant, there was no rushing about, no pressure, just very friendly assistance. Drinks and sweets were offered and a great price was agreed, on the bed, not drinks and sweets. Over all, very pleased with staff, service and purchase.
