Peter knew the products,was friendly and helpful .

Emma was extremely helpful I was encouraged to try different beds and offered coffe whilst I was there. It made my job of looking for the right bed a pleasurable experience.

Staff were friendly , knowledgable and helpful

A company can be assessed by the knowledge and helpfulness of it`s staff. On our visit we were welcome but not intrusively so. However when we went for advise/assistance your salesman Peter was excellent, knowledgeable and established our requirements quickly. The machine we used to establish our sleeping pattern was very good. Overall well done we have already recommended this store to our family and friends.

Sales assistant (Emma in chester) was very helpful and knowledgeable and not too pushy. Also gave my daughter a tour of the divan beds available as singles.

Our assistant was called Inny and was superb, an asset to the company, nothing was too much trouble. Inny was that good we bought pillows we didn’t need as he explained how they help your sleep, there was no pressure from him to do this. We would go back to the store without question.

Jenna was so amazing and very friendly, helpful and very good communication with me via writing things down on paper. As I am profoundly Deaf and she made excellent effort to make sure I know everything eg prices for the bed, etc. She didn't left out anything out not at once. She also made me feels so comfortable and very good eye contact too. She wrote down all the details. Very good Deaf awareness also understanding. Thank you to Jenna for made me feels so welcome.
