The dreams computer bed to determine what bed we need was great and helped us find the bed we needed. Graeme was friendly helpful and not a hard sell, which we loved! Others places could learn from this store. Peter was great when we were placing our order and we got a cup of tea, this added touch was great! Couldn't really be happier

The assistant took us straight to the mattress that was the best for our needs. We did go looking at other shops but returned and purchased the mattresses that we first saw.

We went to the store just to look around the salesman Peter approached us and offered to try a bed which will help decide what mattress we needed, I suffer from Arthritis and he was most understanding and helpful,we ended up buying a Tempur

We had personal attention from the start of our visit. Jenna answered all our questions and suggested a number of beds for us to try and compare to find something that was suitable for us both. We were shown various storage options, tried different pillows and different types of mattress and bases. We were particularly interested in the cool gel mattress and mattress with more springs. We could feel the difference. We decided to buy this rather than the adjustable bed. It was an enjoyable event and we appreciated the cup of tea and coffee. Thank you.

The member of staff listened and understand the need's we had to buy the correct bed, he even noticed the mattress we first sat on was not suitable to my father's needs, and recommended another mattress which was perfect, I came away fully confident we bought the mattress that was right for my father, I would like to make the company aware and award him for his knowledge and care, sorry I don't know his name.

Very helpful service, good product knowledge. Identified suitable mattresses by using the mattress machine. Helped eliminating mattresses and eventually choosing one.

Graeme the Store Manager was attentive but not pushy. He knew his stuff but left us to make up our minds. Could not fault his attitude.
