Popped in August 31st to check out products and availability. We were greeted by Emma who utilised the mattress guide equipment to suggest possible mattress for our needs. We were shown possibles and given opportunity to check comfort levels on a selection of mattresses. We did not purchase at this point as we needed to discuss choices and costs, and so left , with intention of returning latter or following weekend. We returned today (September 7th) to do a final selection and found Emma not available. We were dealt with by Peter who assisted and answered all questions to assist in this long term decision. We chose mattress and payment process went smoothly with no hitches. At the same time we were offered Mattress cover FOC ,together with the purchase of Bed Insurance Cover, and made the purchase etc. We were then introduced to the pillows available and finally selected 2 Tempur pillows and at special price,each at half price. Cannot stress how competent Emma and Peter were with us,they were very professional and not pushy with our experience. Well done.

Jenna, the sales assistant was superb. Spent time with us, and it felt like nothing was too much trouble. She REALLY knew here stuff and was quick to sort out our queries. She’s like a pillow ninja. Didn’t feel pressured to buy something and we spent WAY over what we thought we’d spend. Pleasant, working hard to meet our needs staff (her male colleague pitched in getting duvets, mattress protectors and measuring mattress depth). All round superb experience

Excellent customer service without any feeling of being rushed or sold too (even if i did end up spending a fortune!!) Jenna in the greyhound retail park branch Chester was exceptional - please pass on my thanks again!
