visited dreams on the greyhound Park chester and was assisted by steph. she was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable when talking about all the options. she was not pushy for the sale and gave us plenty of time choosing our mattress. when placing the order she was very quick and efficient. she's a credit to the store!

Our sales advisor Stephanie was very helpful, personable and knowledgeable. We did not feel in any way pressured and were able to try out a variety of beds.

There were two employees in the Cheater branch and both were extremely helpful and had experience themselves of what we were purchasing. And even though I had read the reviews , they still gave us there valuable advise . would definitely recommend this store as we have purchased from here before

Graeme and Jenna were most helpful we at no time felt pressured and after our first visit we went home to think on things. on our return a week or so later we were warmly welcomed offered tea and we placed our order.

We explained what we have, what we wanted and were shown the various options and picked a mattress very quickly. The 40 day satisfaction was explained and the sales assistant even kept our son entertained whilst we tried out mattresses.

Peter! He’s probably the main reason we decided to ultimately buy from this store. From my initial phone call (where peter made a great first impression saying to ask for him when we arrived and that he’d put the kettle on) through to us trying different mattresses to ultimately purchasing pillows, bed and mattress. He was friendly, knowledgable and professional. He’s an asset to the store.
