Could not find fault with store layout, quality of goods or staff assistance.

Peter and the store manager (Steve I think, may be wrong sorry) were so helpful. They helped picked the correct mattress for me and my partners needs, listened to exactly what we wanted, made us a cup of tea and all round made the experience so stress free without being pushy. We needed the ideal bed down to the centimetre as our bedroom isn’t the biggest so Steve ran off for his tape measure and started measuring up for us, which was unbelievably helpful. Thank you both so much for all your help, especially so close to closing time too - nothing was an issue for you guys.

we were not hassled or hurried at any point and the modern first class technology of the mattress suitability program was excellent. Peter your salesperson guided us with knowledge and facts we found extremely helpful. It was a pleasurable experience and we bought our bed there and then when we were only really window shopping that afternoon. thank you

The level of service we received was perfect, no pressure from staff which is often the case. We felt the sales people knew exactly what they were talking about and weren't just quoting from a text book. Fantastic experience would highly recommend to others.

We have not purchased anything from Dreams before and just called in to browse, however the gentleman that served us (I think his name was Paul) was very friendly and his product knowledge was excellent. We were buying a mattress for my son and Paul suggested my son lie on this tester bed to establish what mattress type would suit him best. This is a very good idea as opposed to just guessing. We would definitely shop at Dreams again.

Emma was lovely, friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable about the products. She gave us space and time to try out the beds and mattresses and did not hover over us making us feel uncomfortable. She talked us thru the finance options and made everything very easy to understand. She made sure my 7 year old was entertained letting her lie on one of the TV beds watching a movie (my daughter was thrilled) this made completing the details of our purchases much easier.
