Staff are very friendly and helpful

We were met at the door by Steph who guided us through the process. Normally I hate being intervened as soon as I walk in but on this occasion we were there to find out exactly what mattress best suited our needs. After 2 recent bad mattress purchases we needed to get it rite, with the aid of the instore technology it suggested a Harrison mattress funny enough it was similar to one we had in the past which we loved. My dilemma was we had a new mattress less than 10 weeks old the company we had purchased if from were being difficult and constantly delaying. I decided that we needed to start having decent nights sleep again so agreed on the demevery date. Buying a mattress is more complex than a car I glad if this is not suitable we have the reassurance it can be returned.

Friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff that were ready to help when required but also gave us plenty of time on our own to discuss what we wanted .

We told an assistant what we wanted when we entered the store and she quickly got someone who could help us (this was the store manager). As we haven’t had a new mattress for some years we didn’t have a clue what we were looking for, the manager was very informative and patient with us trying lots of different mattresses, from the most reasonably priced to the more expensive ones, he also advised us on pillows. We didn’t have a budget in mind so really appreciated all the information. We were then allowed to try all the mattresses again until we were sure of the one we wanted. The manager wasn’t pushy at all, just very informative. We were very pleased with the service.

The service exceeded my expectations

We needed a new mattress but didn't know which one. Peter put us on the machine and then showed us the most suitable for our needs. We had a choice of about 6 mattresses which was very useful for us and he was very helpful.

Steph, the sales assistant, really knew what she was talking about. She gave us great recommendations about the right mattress for us and made sure she listened to our needs. She's an asset to the Chester store.

On arriving in store we received a warm and friendly greeting from Emma who assisted us throughout our visit. She suggested we tried a mattress in store that electronically measured our requirements based on many measurements the machine took of us as we lay on the bed. Although we were hesitant initially, she explained how it worked and the importance of choosing the correct mattress to suit our needs. We were so impressed by this approach which is far more scientific than anything I have seen before. We were given plenty of time to choose the most comfortable mattress from a list of recommendations from our measurements. We were even made a lovely coffee while we chose. We then chose a lovely bed frame to be put together by your installers. Emma explained how our old mattress could be recycled which we thought was an excellent idea and we were grateful to be offered this service. Overall, a great experience as nothing was too much trouble.
