Very friendly staff. Listened to the problems I was having . Went on the special bed which measures the best type of bed for you.

Knew what we were looking for and staff were happy to assist. No pressure to buy or to change our views. Staff spoke and had time for our Son who is Downs Syndrome for whom the bed was being purchased.

We walked into the shop, asked if they had sofa beds. Peter showed us where they were. left us to browse and then came and helped us with the questions we had. No pushy sales talk, just the right manner to make us feel comfortable. Once we had mande our purchas, Peter gave us a card, with Validation code 152 written on it.

Peter was incredibly knowledgeable and was willing to spend as long as it took with us to find the right bed & mattress.

The sales assistant was very helpful and friendly. They gave us all the information we needed but also gave us the space to think things through. They did the best they could go help us pick the right products and they also got us the products at the best possible price available at that time.

The customer service was amazing, such kind and lovely staff who your able to have a laugh with and feel at ease with, and so understanding

We had a warm welcome when entering the store. Were asked straight away what we eere looking for. This was a matress ans bed frame. Were offered to lie on the dreams smart sleeo straight away which showed us which mattress was best for us which was great. We were then able to lay on a few choices before making a decision. We were offered discounts on the tempur pillows which was also a added bonus. Great staff and very friendly
