We visited the store a couple of times before placing an order. On both occasions Emma looked after us, and never rushed us. She answered all our questions, and offered her advice when we were struggling to make a decision. She was friendly, knowledgable, and patient. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dreams to any of my friends, and I will definitely be back when we need to purchase our next bed.

The lady who served me was lovely, polite and answered all my questions with ease, she was very competent and pleasant.

The manager was quick to come over and ask our needs and wants. She explained the quality of the mattress’ we liked and was able to explain thoroughly.

The personal service was excellent. I had pre-booked an appointment and was dealt with promptly and all my queries were dealt with expertly. All in all it was a lovely experience choosing my mattress and I have passed this on to my friends and family.
