As soon as we entered the store we were approached by a staff member who was very pleasant and and made us feel comfortable.

Peter was very helpful and knowledgable every step of the way. Showed us a variety of products that met our standards.

I was served by a fantastic lady called Jenna, this isn't the first time i have had such fantastic customer service, having been dealt with in the past by her as well. Her product knowledge is fantastic, and her customer service is outstanding, makes every visit something to enjoy which you find very rarely nowadays. Thank you so much Jenna for you fantastic assistance and outstanding service.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Peter talked me through all the options available and was able to point out what offers were available on all products. Even made me a cup of tea whilst we arranged payment .

Peter was highly professional friendly and likable. He demonstrated the products and advised on the best mattress for us.

Steph (the salesperson in the Chester Greyhound retail park store) was excellent. A really relaxed and friendly welcome. It was late on a Monday evening and she was patient waiting for my husband to arrive and showed us the smart beds for mattress selection. I went into the store with a vague idea of needing a new mattress and bed and left with a new really comfortable mattress and new bedframe. Steph was great at showing us the selection of mattresses, gave us pillows based on our usual sleep position and giving us plenty of time to try the options. She also explained the type of mattress we preferred and the benefits. She was really friendly and helpful and would 100% recommend friends and family to chat to Steph when looking for a new bed.
