Staff had an in-depth knowledge of products and where able to recommend the most suitable product for me and my partner. Staff utilised in-store diagnostic equipment to aid in our decision making.

The salesman was courteous without being pressuring. Was happy to show dearer and cheaper items and pointed us in the direction of other choices we could consider.

The Sales Assistant was brilliant. She really understood the product and really helped us get a good deal on it all.

We were very pleased with help and advice we received . We were shown many options. We went on the dreams sleep machine which help narrow down our search . We didn’t feel pressured to purchase. We went else were and came back and placed our order on the same day

My experience of purchasing a bed at the Dreams store in Chester was very positive and, the staff were very knowelgable and I didnt feel at all pressured into making a purchase, I haven't purchased a bed for 20 years so was most impressed by the fact that I could get a digital reading of the most suitable mattress for my requirements ie comfort and medical needs for aches and pains. Well done Dreams of Chester Can't wait for the bed to be delivered.
