I felt Steph listened to our likes and dislikes and managed to steer us to a mattress option which we feel should suit us both. We liked the scanning bed which analysed our body type and suggested options to try. I had had a previous visit 3 weeks ago when another sales assistant, Graham, was equally helpful and spent a lot of time showing me around.
