Good customer service pleasant staff.We weren’t rushed altogether a good experience

Ally our assistant was very friendly and helpful. My husband and I are elderly and were not really sure what we wanted. To be truthful I am still feeling unsure but that is our problem not yours

We where guided well by the member of staff

The staff member was very helpful. He explained everything and also ways we could get additional discount by taking out and purchasing other products

Very friendly lady called Jane served us, explained everything in great details, very helpful. Store very ckean and had a nice atmosphere, i didn't feel pressured either into making any decisions.

Graham was so patient with all our questions and demands 😂

The advisor was lovely and gave us options and time to consider our choices

Staff member was super friendly and down to earth, completely understood my problems and concerns.

Basically we didn't know what we wanted in terms of mattress type and bed choice. Peter the sales advisor guided us through he process without pressure and used the in house test bed to ease any doubts over product selection.

The sales lady was very knowledgeable and very polite.
