Sales staff weren’t pushy and let us look around at our leisure. Suggested we try the sleep machine and asked our budget before started showing us mattresses.

The advisor was very knowledgeable about the products you offer and couldn't help us enough.

We had an amazing time in Dreams. Our sales consultant was extremely knowledgeable and even put us on the machine that helped find us a mattress. She was polite and very helpful and not at all pushy. I will definitely recommend dreams and will go back in the future if further furniture is required.

Welcomed on arrival by Ally, who listened to our requirements. Offered use of the sleep match machine and then provided multiple options.

Graeme understood our needs and gave us a wide choice of mattresses to purchase. He was also not pushy and did not try to sell us the dearest product, instead advising us on the best options, leaving the choice to us.

The assistant, Peter, who served me and my husband was very knowledgeable about the mattresses we had gone to Dreams to purchase. He greeted us with a smile and listened to our request. He then explained the use of the bed computer to determine our mattress needs based on the results of the survey. He offered us a drink of coffee or tea which we accepted. Peter then explained the results obtained in the survey and asked us which mattresses we would like to view and try out. He was very good at explaining the differences in the mattresses we tried out which then enabled us to choose the one we thought was best for us. All in all a highly satisfactory experience.

Good sales assistant. Good selection of beds. The beds appeared good quality.

Peter the gentleman that served us with fantastic. He helped alot but not too much that it felt like a sales pitch. He left us to try out the mattresses again and allowed us to take our time. We didn't feel under any pressure at all.

Sales person was very knowledgable about the products available and had a good experience of how natural resources were used to make the product
