This was the best mattress buying experience we have ever had. Friendly staff, nice manager not pushy, the sleep simulator was amazing it was just a nice and very efficient unhurried experience.

Guidelines were clearly laid out from the entrance to the store & we were greeted immediately by someone. We were looked after for the duration of our visit & because of social distancing measures, the store wasn't full of people which meant the sales advisor could give us adequate time and knowledge so we made the right choices.

Was greeted at the door by friendly sales assistant Ian was shown and asked politely to use hand sanitiser and asked what he could help us with ..we explained what we needed and he whilst following social distancing showed us all products suitable for us we made choice he gave us plenty of time to decide and when we were ready placed order ...also he was very thorough in cleaning his desk and keyboard as so we could put in details also gave us bottles of water in general very nice man happy chat over all pleasant experience
